"I have nothing but great things to say about the experience and customer service I have received from Heather, Mike and any other staff. I had a issue with my car policy as a result from someone not doing their job at another agent’s office. I called mike seeking advice on what should I do. Mike without knowing me or the whole situation assisted me and guided the best he could possibly could! I transferred to his office and it has been the best decision. Any questions or concerns they are on it. Highly RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE! My family and I are forever grateful with this team!"

"Canceled my two auto policies and a life insurance policy at Mike Broujos’s office because I moved, and had the policies moved to agent closer to where I live now. The policies were canceled January 9th, and I received a letter from Mike’s agency about a week later confirming the changes were made. I also called a few days after receiving the letter to verify the account was updated and they would not be taking out my usual payment ($322) on January 25th (my usual due date for my automated payments), and they confirmed the changes had gone through and the payment would not be taken out of my account. They still took the money out of my account anyway, and when I called about being reimbursed, I was told they would mail a check and I would receive it in 7-10 business days. I asked if they could refund my account directly, and they told me that wasn’t an option. Annoying, but I waited, and two weeks later, I still had not received my checks. Called to ask again if they could reimburse my account directly or at least overnight the check since waiting another 7-10 business days to receive a check, and then another day or two for the check to clear once deposited put me in a tight spot financially. $300 may not be a lot to some people, but it is to me, and this was messing up my families’ budget. This time I was told that I had to wait a month, and if I still had not received the checks, to call back, they would stop payment on the checks they sent, and send new checks. Even more aggravating, but again, I waited another week, and when the checks still did not arrive, I called again, and this time, I lost my patience because this is completely unacceptable to wrongfully take someone’s money and basically tell them, you’ll get it when you get it. I had a due date for the money I owed them for my policies and those bills were always paid on time, but they can pay me back whenever they feel like it or whenever it is convenient for them..? They made the mistake and they should have corrected it as soon as possible. Spoke with multiple agents at Mike’s office, but could not get a straight answer. When I asked why they couldn’t refund my account directly, one agent told me they couldn’t do that because it is illegal, but when I questioned that further, she changed her story to it’s against State Farm policy. The agents couldn’t seem to agree on when the checks were sent out either, some of them told me the checks were sent January 30th, another one told me it was sent out in the beginning of February. I feel it’s also worth mentioning that I’ve already had to sue State Farm three times in the past and the judge awarded me thousands of dollars each time. Don’t waste your time or money dealing with these people, all they do is rip people off, and hope you don’t take them to court over it."

"Been a customer for over 20 years. Had another State Farm customer hit my vehicle. They put it thru on MY policy showing me at fault😤 now trying to get a quote to leave and it’s double bc of this! Not happy and definitely not staying a customer any longer than need be"

"huge storm last night..massive tree down in back yard ,took 60 sec for young person to say so sorry ,yes and act of God but so sorry its all on me...gee thank you. 30 year customer screwed by poor old state farm. the main job for this office is do whatever say whatever to not pay out. but my payment will be on time."

"I cancelled my car insurance since I sold my car and moved to other state. The agent asked for a cancellation confirmation form and she replied yes according to the signed form. I firstly did not find any refund to me and then a unexpected charge to me for another month. The manager replied to me that I did not pay since XXX in a very rude manner and I was completely confused. They promised to refund me finally after I showed my information. I do not know if customer need to provide personal information like where they are relocating due to job requirement and whether they are going to buy a new car or not to cancel the insurance. State farm is not a small company but if they continue to have service like this, I would not bet a big growth of their business."
